Hannah grew up in Boston MA and moved to Bloomington MN during her middle school years. She graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in 2008 where she played soccer, basketball and lacrosse. She graduated from Anoka Ramsey Community College in 2012 and became a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. Soon after graduating she married her husband Jon (they have been together now over a decade and now have two awesome boys!)
Hannah began her career at Orthopedic Sports and Rehabilitation, an outpatient clinic specializing with dancers and athletes of all ages! There, she realized more and more how much of what we go through injury wise comes from the spine/core. She started working at Physicians Diagnostic and Rehabilitation where they focused on spine and core stability and strength. She was also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy concepts to assist people with the emotional side to their pain. She worked there for several years and really enjoyed it!
Hannah’s most recent job was Home Health Care Inc where she had the opportunity to go into people’s homes and provide them services they wouldn’t be able to have otherwise. All along this employment journey Hannah struggled herself personally with digestive issues, mental health, and chronic spine issues due to scoliosis. Her faith in God, chiropractic care, learning how to better fuel her body, and exercise have all contributed to her state of wellness now! Which is all a blessing and a gift!
Hannah is excited, and finds so much joy in coming alongside people in their wellness journey, whatever that looks like for each individual!
