In order to move well, you need to know how to move correctly. We use a method of posture correction, mobilization of the tissues, stretching, and corrective exercises to help balance out your treatment. We find that adding these techniques to our patients’ treatment plan helps them function through life better.
Our office uses functional screens to learn the ways in which a patient can and can’t move. Can they squat with good form? Can they do a push-up, hold a plank, do a bridge exercise, and bend at the hips in a healthy way? These tests help shape your program and give us a way to track your progress. We also use our state-of-the-art Kinetisense program to objectively measure and test how patients are progressing during their treatment plan. Exercise Rehabilitation allows patients to take a more active role in their treatment. Our most successful patients follow our treatment plan recommendations and do their active care.
