The health and safety of our patients, staff and visitors at our office are particularly important. We review changes daily, and incorporate information from the CDC, Minnesota Department of Health, Minnesota Chiropractic Association (MCA), updates through local media and other professional sources.
On May 14th, 2021, the MN Governor signed Emergency Executive Order 21-23 which lifts the face-covering requirements in most settings. We have chosen to allow our patients, guests and employees to make the decision to wear a mask or not upon entering our clinic. We have multiple areas where you can wash your hands, please consider doing this as you enter and leave our office.
Although our clinic remains a very safe space to continue administering care as we are constantly disinfecting our facility and equipment, along with frequent hand washing, we encourage you to review CDC guidelines when considering the potential risk of COVID exposure.
Please do not enter the office if you have COVID symptoms or have tested positive in the last 14-days. If you need to reschedule an appointment due to sickness we will not charge you to reschedule. However, please be mindful of the 24-hour cancellation policy in place specifically for massage appointments. Our clinic will continue to require our team to answer prescreening questions before every shift.
If you prefer to wait in your car, please call upon arrival to the clinic to check-in and we will notify you when we are ready for you. If you prefer a less-busy time, please notify us upon scheduling your appointment and we will do everything to try and accommodate you.
Vaccination status is a personal and private health choice and we respectfully request that you do not ask our staff if they have or will choose to vaccinate. If you have specific questions surrounding vaccination, please do bring these to any of our Chiropractic Doctors on staff. If you have specific questions surrounding our clinic policies, please direct those to info@oppfamilychiropractic.com and someone equipped to answer your questions will respond as quickly as possible.
