Salary:
- From $60K-$80K per year (based on experience and certifications)
- Sign-on Bonus up to $1000
Position Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Doctorate of Chiropractic and successful completion of all National Board Examinations
- A passion to build a patient-centered relationship
- Confidence to work with patients of all ages
- Comprehensive health history taking, complete review of systems for each patient and satisfactory assessments to ensure maximal medical improvement and achievement of patient goals
- Case management skills for appropriate patient referring and patient education
- Ability to work with other doctors and providers, both in-house and out, to guarantee advanced case management for each patient
- Round table discussions with other providers of the clinic to review patient cases
- Ability to make appropriate and adequate progress in areas of patient flow, clinic systems & procedures, and timely note completion & correction
- Willingness to include additional services to treatment plan, dependent on patient needs
- Confident adjustor, 6-12 months post-graduate experience preferred
- Inclination to grow with the company
Preferred Additional Qualifications:
- Biomechanical education, exercise knowledge and understanding appropriate rehabilitative protocols
- Nutritional counseling and supplement knowledge
- Acupuncture and/or CranioSacral Certification
- Exposure and/or experience with Applied Kinesiology
