Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming & positive patient experience
- Answering of phones
- Scheduling patients
- Collecting copays & balances
- Filing & other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Entry Level Position – no prior experience necessary
- A positive attitude
- Self-Motivated
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to quickly switch between tasks – comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
