There are many more processes effected by exercise and aid the body in positive ways.

Different diets can help your body in a variety of ways, and different exercises can help your body in distinct areas. The main point to take away is exercise can help further your progress when doing a diet change. If you plan on taking the step to better your health by eating better, you might as well go one-step further to get some physical activity. Something as simple as walking three to five times a week can make a huge impact. Once you make a habit of regular exercise, try incorporating other forms of exercise into your plan.

What type of exercise should I incorporate?

Strength training is ALWAYS a good thing and can support your body in so many ways. If strength training intimidates you, have no fear! There are a ton of resources that can help you succeed. Researching online, downloading an app, and hiring a personal trainer are all great ideas to help introduce you to the strength training world. You can always call the clinic to ask any questions, or set up a time with one of the exercise specialists to design a workout plan that is tailored to you and to go over proper form. No matter what diet you plan on doing, there is always some form of exercise that would be beneficial to your health!
